3 Arts is an exhibition of Paintings, Photography and Sculptures that brings together five Gloucestershire-based artists, Martin Fry, Tony Davie, Andreea Dragne, Gerald Crittle and Jo Millak.
On this occasion, the phrase ‘something for everyone’ is a true reflection of what is on show.
Photographer Martin Fry FRPS shares his love of capturing the ever-changing light through the seasons of the Cotswolds and the rugged coastline of the Cornish peninsula. From Cranham to Slad, St. Ives to Porthleven – all places inspirational to poets and artists.
Keeping with the Cotswold and Cornish theme, abstract artist Tony Davie will be showing his paintings that explore his love of the Cotswold Way and his popular Cornish series based on Sennen Cove.
Andreea Dragne uses resin and mixed media to represent spectacular views of the earth from the air, breathtaking mineral formations and enchanting botanical motifs. As well as paintings she will be exhibiting home decorations and resin jewellery.
Gerald Crittle will be exhibiting a new collection of abstract paintings depicting planets and faraway galaxies, plus some recently completed smaller textured works. Also on show will be a new series of wall objects created using mixed media and reclaimed floorboards.
Jo Millak’s unique sculptures will be on display in The Setting during the exhibition at Three Storeys. Jo has a strong desire to create art using recycled materials whilst celebrating his love of animals by creating dynamic sculptures out of scrap metal and concrete.
