The act of keeping a diary is one of the very best ways to ensure regular self reflection. In fact, to set aside time for yourself and check in with your mind each day is very similar to meditation. The dear diary format isn't for everyone however, so this course is geared towards those who are looking to keep a visual journal that can be incorporated into your pre-existing routine.

Each sketch booking session covers introductory drawing and painting. You'll take away the confidence, knowledge, and all the materials you need to start your own journaling habit, including an Art & Wellbeing goody bag, worth £45.

Saturday:

10 -11.30am - Soothing slow and somatic flow yoga with Jesse

11.30 -12.30pm - Free time to explore Nailsworth, go on a nature walk or relax with a book and cup of tea

12.30 - 1.30pm - Lunch

1.30 - 4.30pm - Painting seasonal wildflowers and foliage with Emma

5 - 6pm - Restorative yoga and deep relaxation with Jesse

Sunday:
