Photographer and performance artist, Mikala Ritzau, explores themes of myth, nature and the otherworldly using colour and form.

Having worked with Arthaus, Berlin for several years, the exhibition pulls together Mikala's visual and performance work through photography, video, sound, and movement.

As you walk through the installation, the artist invites you to contemplate the mythical symbolism of the Red Thread, the elements of air, water, and light, and their universal invitation to wonder, flow, and change. 

Workshop - Magical Map Making

The Magical Map Making workshop invites you have a playful morning exploring your present and possible future paths.

We use mark-making with charcoal on paper, clay-modelling and simple embodiment to create our own magical maps, using an actual map as a metaphor.
